Aromatic isocyanates was synthesized by Curtius rearrangement reaction. The effects of phase transfer catalysis, the mole ratio of reactant and reaction temperature on the yield of product have been studied. The optimum condition has been determined by the method of orthogonal design. 采用Curtius重排反应,由芳酰氯和叠氮化钠合成芳香异氰酸酯的方法,分别研究了相转移催化剂、反应物料配比及反应温度对芳香异氰酸酯产率的影响,并由正交设计法确定最佳合成条件。
